My focus lately has been to get the most out my days. I find that a good start in the morning really helps set the tone for the day and I get more sh*t done. I’m going to be sharing with you a few tips that worked for me when was setting up my morning routine and I’m still using them.
Decide what is important to you that you would rather do early in the day. – I have an ever-growing to-do list and way too many journals and work through the list by doing what I decide is the most important this way I get more done.

A good morning routine begins the night before– take time to prepare your evening routine because what you do the night before prepares you for the next day. Something as simple as going to bed earlier means you get more sleep and wake up more refreshed with more energy.

Change the time you get up in the morning- waking up earlier gives me more time in the day. I used to get up at 8 am and now I get up at 6:30 am, now I have a lot more time in the mornings.
Test out a few routines and see what works for you- I really wanted to read more and realised it’s better for me to read in the morning before I get caught up with the unexpected events of the day
Figure out why a morning routine is good for you- I initially started working on my routine because I saw everyone on social media doing it but soon realised I needed my own incentive.
